Nyotaimori is a well-accepted and practiced tradition in Japan. It is recognized as an art form in Japan and has been part of the Geisha culture dating back hundreds of years. It is based on the idea that sushi is made to delight the eyes as well as the palate.
When we first considered doing a Nyotaimori event, many thoughts came to mind. The reaction by our clients and guests, the health implications, finding the right models ... but we are always up for a challenge, even a riské one.
We feel we have meet the concerns of the community by offering a tasteful, unusual dining expierence that keeps with this great tradition and form of artistic expression.

ULES OF NYOTAIMORI
Although not set in stone, there are several rules that are mandatory at nyotaimori gatherings. They are as follows:
- No speaking to the models
- Respect for the models
- No touching the models bodies
- Chopsticks can be the only tool to pick the sushi up from the body
- No lewd or inappropriate comments, gestures etc.

My girlfriend and I went to Torch for dinner last night and loved it! I told her I couldn't wait to go back. Thus she's decided that we're taking her son, just arriving from Tennessee, there tonight for the late night sushi. And you know what? I'm looking forward to going a secong night straight. Chris

The creative menu has prices that are fair and reasonable. From Bison steak at $17 to a Homemade Chicken Pot Pie at $11, also a Schezwan Crispy Calamari at $6 there is a little bit of everything!
With a menu that changes every six weeks you'll never get the same old thing! Also when the kitchen closes for the main dining menu we offer a late night menu that has Tapas, small appetizers as well as Sushi. This menu offer is only on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Fresh and new is what we are all about.
